About us
The Woods of Savannah is an affordable apartment community on the south side of Savannah, Georgia, offering one bedroom apartments for people 62+ years of age or disabled. Our community has stops on several CAT bus routes and close access to I-95 and I-516. We offer a community center for events and activities, 24-hour emergency maintenance service, and on-site leasing and maintenance team. Our pet-friendly apartment homes feature spacious closets, fenced patios and several paid utilities. This community is owned and managed by the Gene B.
