About us
ContraMestre Fenix and his instructors are community leaders and role models who promote the values of respect, integrity, strength and equality. We have classes for beginners or experienced athletes, and classes for all ages- including kids, teens and adults.
Our classes are for all levels and focuses on teaching the basics of Capoeira, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing while emphasizing on techniques and strikes. Our students are able to go at their pace and still achieve their goals. The instructors provide a safe and stress free environment for practice.
