About us
Dr Xiaogang Zhang decided to pursue medicine because he liked caring for and interacting with people. He chose internal medicine because it gave him a chance to interact with patients on a regular basis and an opportunity look at the big picture and treat the whole body. Though Dr Zhang treats all patients, he has a special interest in cardiology. It was a lifelong goal of his to become a doctor. With encouragement from his father, Dr Zhang pursued a medical degree. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, especially in northern Michigan. “I take the time to get to know patients and enjoy building long-term relationships with them. I aim to treat patients with a whole-body approach through a comprehensive approach to care.
