I owe a THANK YOU to Xtreme Fitness!

Thanks to this gym I finally have been able to get my life back! Life had been extremely difficult the past couple of years. With the loss of a very close family member, a break up, and the loss of my job, I hit a very low point; My drug soon became food. I couldn't stand to look at myself anymore, and who would want to hire someone that couldn't take care of themselves? Finally, I decided it was time to make a change; I got off my butt and was determined to take control of my life again. I joined Xtreme Fitness in Antioch, Cali. With much struggle, and determination, I began to shed the disappointment away, 1 lbs at a time. I truly couldn't have done it without the encouragement of the personal trainer's. They refused to give up on me. I am back to a healthier weight, have a fantastic job, and I have a new girlfriend. If we get married I owe it to the Xtreme team :) Thank you guys! You all are my heroes!
