About us
Born in Puerto Rico, Dr. Avellanet grew up surrounded by a Latin culture that idealized women with hourglass figures and curves, and that celebrated always looking their best. Being raised by a surgeon father, she was exposed to medicine since she was born. At an early age, she realized helping others through medicine and cosmetic surgery was the path she wanted to take. Inspired by her father’s work, Dr. Avellanet was driven to help women and men achieve their physical goals while improving their self-esteem.
Her experience ranges from a primary care medical specialist in female health to body contouring procedures to speaker, trainer, and consultant on sexuality, anatomy, obstetrics, gynecology and cosmetic surgery. Dr.
