Previously, their technician worked on a clogged roof drain pipe and explained everything on what he was doing, to the point. Worked quickly and efficiently. This time it was a leaky bathroom elbow pipe and the technician did his magic again. As soon as he shined his flashlight and did a test run, answers he gave in seconds. And again, he explained the details in why there was a problem. Resolved in minutes. We need more YB Plumbing in this world. As you can see from all those reviews...they are great. Thanks again.

I called YB Plumbing around 1 pm with a clogged kitchen drain. A real live person answered the phone, took my information and said they would call me back to see when someone could come out. They called back within 10 minutes and said they would be there between 3 and 5 pm. Showed up at 4 pm, fixed the clog, replaced 3 washers at no charge and left within 30-40 minutes. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, cleaned up after himself and thanked me for the business. I would recommend this company to anyone and they are certainly the plumbing company we will call whenever we need a plumber.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and I called YB Plumbing in Braeburn, Houston after reading the Citysquares reviews today. After a couple of back and forth phone calls (all courteous and prompt), I was given an appointment for noon. A plumber showed up (on time) and gave me a cheap quote to get the work done. He worked fast and was done in 20 minutes. I am very happy with the service. I checked everything while he was here and now I've tried my dishwasher also. Everything working fine. He also said they give a guarantee for their work. So if I were to find any problems after he left they would fix it for me free of cost. Overall I am pretty happy with the work.

I can't imagine a better experience with a plumber. I called YB Plumbing for assistance fixing my shower and was pleased to find that they could come the same day. They were friendly and professional and able to answer all my questions. They gave me a quote before starting and worked quickly to complete the job.
