I believe that psychiatric illness is a result of combined environmental, psychological and biological factors. I take a multi-modal approach that consists of the right blend of medications, therapies and environmental measures and this is often the most successful.
I recognize the unique nature of each individual and emphasize the importance of carefully assessing how these elements interact in each case to develop a treatment plan that is most effective for them.
My areas of specialty include treating adults with mood, anxiety and psychotic disorders, as well as dementia. I strive to provide comprehensive and effective care that supports recovery and promotes overall well-being.
