About us
Young With Purpose (YWP) is a faith-driven personal development organization founded by Lucy Appiah, a transformational speaker and coach. We exist to empower teenagers and young adults to discover their God-given purpose, cultivate resilience, and prepare for leadership, service, and impact. Through dynamic workshops, mentoring programs, and speaking engagements, YWP helps emerging leaders align their dreams with purpose and practical growth strategies. Our programs emphasize personal development, spiritual grounding, and life skills—equipping young people to rise above adversity and make a lasting difference in their schools, communities, and careers.
