About us
Joe and John are lifelong friends with a shared passion: finding undervalued opportunity real estate markets and investing in those communities, all the while generating revenues for their partners. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate investing and property management, J&J Real Estate Holdings purchased its first cash flow property in 2008 and grew the portfolio to over 40 homes the first year. Our investments are focused primarily around Phoenix, with ventures in Atlanta and Tucson and an eye to expand across the southwest. Since 2011, J&J has acquired more than 700 rental units across a spectrum of single-family residences, apartment buildings and mobile home parks.
