Zinnia Jewelry in St. Armands, Sarasota has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a store manager. I bought an iPhone case at Zinnia not realizing it was for iPhone 5 instead of iPhone 4 (it said in very small wording in the bottom left corner). I came back a couple hours to return it and they told me they could only give me a store credit. The sales lady was very nice and tried to help me out, but when she grabbed the manager, I have never been treated so rudely in a retail store before. I explained that I was from out of town and leaving the next day, so I would not be able to use the store credit. I asked if they could please make an exception and she didn't even consider it. Then she proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't get the tax refunded to me on the store credit. That was when I put my foot down. She angrily told the cashier to just refund all of it on the store credit and walked away. No I'm sorry, no Thanks for coming in. I looked on their website...
