100% may just be 110% … I personally know Sensei Mike and he is top notch, and only surrounds himself with an excellent team. When you take a class from these guys and gals you can really tell they love what they do, and you will too! Best place...more

Back in the fall I did a seminar at 100% martial arts. Sensei Mike is an awesome instructor and he and his staff run a real kick butt class. if want a work out here you go.

Sensei Mike and his team are awesome! Their facility is clean, located in a great spot, and the program is first class! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great workout, with great people, in a great place!
