I just wanted to take the time to show my gratification for a job well done. I was so impressed with Jim from the first time I spoke with him over the phone to the time I picked my car up. He was professional and down to earth at the same time. When he called me back after the diagnosis to explain what the car needed he explained everything to me in layman's terms and answered all of my questions, even the ones I felt silly asking. I expressed to Jim that I'm a single mother with limited funds and he even advised me on what things needed to be fixed now so that the car was safe and what things I could save for down the road because I didn't have all the money needed for all the repairs. To me that showed that he cares more about the customer than how much he can make off the customer. I will be recommending all my family and friends to him. Finally I have a regular mechanic I can trust.
