Excellent communication leading up to the day of. Very easy to work with once they arrived. Incredibly pleasant and polite. They were very diligent to wrap and protect all of our goods which was appreciated. They also made sure to protect all of our flooring on both sides. Excellent job from Across USA Moving! They were careful with our stuff (nothing broken either time), efficient with packing space (got everything into the van in one load - which was no easy task), and tirelessly cheerful and courteous (not always easy in this business). Not only did they load and pack the truck professionally, they are also able to assist with removing and donating unwanted furniture.
