Across USA Moving & Storage moved our two bedroom condo relatively smoothly, although we had to speed up the crew significantly so we could finish before our elevator booking expired. We even had no trouble getting Across USA Moving to agree to repair some scratches to our teak wall unit. But when we tried to find out the status of the pieces or get them back, we were met with evasion, mendacity, and, in our opinion, a total lack of professionalism. It was immensely frustrating and stressful. After over three weeks, we had to track down the pieces and retrieve them ourselves. A little communication would have gone a long way to our customer satisfaction. Instead, we will not use them again and do not recommend their services.
