Our roof was quite old and we were starting to see places where water was beginning to stain our ceiling. We had a couple of contractors come look at the roof and had a variety of estimates. (Always amazes me that there can be SUCH a discrepancy in price!) We went with All State Roofing - Brooklyn because they were straight forward in their communication, returned our calls (pretty basic thing but a lot of companies didn`t, even after they had spent the time to come out and do an estimate) and told us that they would only charge us for the under boards that needed to be replaced instead of putting replacement of all of them into our estimate.
