Chris Simpson, Pharm.D., is a nationally recognized pharmacy executive and entrepreneur with more than a decade of leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare strategy, and pharmaceutical innovation. He is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of VitalRx, a national specialty pharmacy organization he built from the ground up, scaling revenue from zero to over $125 million while expanding to multiple accredited locations across the United States. Under his leadership, VitalRx secured contracts with top pharmaceutical manufacturers including CSL, Bayer, AbbVie, Janssen, and Genentech, and obtained access to narrow PBM networks that positioned the company to compete with major industry players such as Optum and Express Scripts. Chris’s vision and expertise extend to rare and complex conditions—including hemophilia, oncology, autoimmune diseases, and home infusion therapies—where he has been a trailblazer in improving patient outcomes and access.

Dustin serves as the Northern Region Senior Director of Patient Advocacy and business development, bringing both professional expertise and personal experience to my role. Living with Hemophilia A, Dustin has been actively involved in the bleeding disorders community from a very young age, which has shaped his passion for supporting patients and families facing similar challenges. With over a decade of experience in the specialty pharmacy industry, Dustin joined ASAP Specialty Pharmacy in July 2024, where he focusses on delivering a holistic care approach that addresses not only the medical needs of patients but also the broader challenges families encounter. Dustin believes true advocacy means being a resource for anything families may need—whether it’s directly related to bleeding disorders or part of their everyday lives.
