AT&T in Ballard, Seattle is the worst AT&T store I have ever been to and deserves zero stars. My daughter went in ahead of me very excited to get an Iphone-5. The manager was nice to her, from what she said, but it all changed once I arrived. It was raining and the store was about to close, so I will admit I wasn’t in the best of moods, so that probably didn’t help. I have five lines on my account, and have been with AT&T since 2005. A friend of mine used one of my lines during this time, but when he moved to another state, he got on plan with another friend and no longer needed my line. That line was up for renewal, so we went in to sign a new contract and get the Iphone-5. They wanted to do a line switch which would have caused me to lose a grandfathered unlimited data plan, so I tried to explain to them that I did not want to do a line switch, but my daughter would be using the other line instead.
