Carpet Wiser, is by far, the best carpet cleaning company that I have used over the years. In addition to being a homeowner, I also own three apartment buildings. He took his time to educate me on the process of cleaning of my carpets and upholstery and well as stain removal. Stains were pre treated, carpets were scrubbed first and then steam cleaned and the furniture was properly protected. He meticulously cleaned my two microfiber couches being careful not to saturate them. Having two young children I clean my home quite frequently. As a landlord, quality cleaning is important to me for my bottom line and well as the marketability of my apartments. He literally saves me thousands of dollars yearly in carpet replacements by cleaning, restoring and repairing. In a pinch he even installed some carpeting when damage by previous tenants was too extensive. I have also referred them to my parents and well as my brother.
