At Carr & Carr, we fight for the rights of the individual, whether your claim involves an insurance company, a huge corporation, or a federal, state or local governmental agency.

When we began in 1973, we were simply a father-and-son law firm. Now, more than 40 years later, we are a firm of around a dozen experienced attorneys and a support staff of about 30 with offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Northwest Arkansas.

We at Carr & Carr do more than simply fight for our clients. Every one of us, from the receptionist waiting to greet you to the paralegals and attorneys, genuinely cares about you. We will listen to you and provide comfort and support when you need it.

We have experience working with everything from Medicare and Medicaid, to arranging for stays in safe houses and shelters, to cutting through the bureaucratic red tape of social services organizations.

We are willing to handle these problems even when the office is closed. We are willing to do these things because we believe our job is to use our knowledge about the legal system to improve the quality of life for our clients. We are the people’s law firm.
