CBMI in Hawthorne is the worst plumbers ever.

I definitely would NOT hire these guys. They are dishonest and a bunch of scam artists. I called and spoke with the manager twice when asking about their services. He told me point blank that it would be $85/hr and $10 for gas. He said it would take at most 2 hours to clear my drain, so it would be $180 max. When i get there, his tech walks around my whole complex for half an hour, does 10 minutes of work and tries to bill me for an hour plus 45 minutes for him to sit in traffic.

I NEVER agreed to pay him to sit in his car and listen to the radio or examine the bushes in the planter. DAVE the manager never mentioned that he charges for travel. In fact, I asked him about that on the phone before I made the appointment. I said Is there any cost for the plumber to come out to my building? He said Only $10 for gas. Dave is a scumbag con artist and a LIAR.

NEVER CHOOSE CBMI as your plumbers. They are the filth of the earth. I hope BBB shuts them down.
