I am a current tenant in a Aspect Properties managed property and couldn't be happier! I have rented various apartments in the Rochester Hills area over the years managed by different companies and find Aspect Properties to be the best. Besides all the staff being super nice, courteous and professional, they are responsive and the buildings are in great conditions. We have found Aspect Properties to be very honest and efficient. They have a great program and with their flat fee and Unheard of -No Lease up fee is just the start. Their on line service gives you details of properties in one easy to understand format. Unlike some other PM, they DON'T take advantage of unnecessary or over priced repairs. I highly recommend!! Here at Aspect Properties, we work with other investors around the country and Canada to find and rehab income properties. We wanted a property management company we were comfortable referring to our clients and Aspect Properties is the one.

Aspect Properties is always available to help, the staff is polite and the company does what it can for their tenants. The landscaping at my complex is well maintained and apartments are beautiful with great views. Aspect Properties also was flexible with my lease agreement always seem to cater to any issues in a timely manner.
