I recently started a hunt for an apartment after my landlord raised our rent. I came across a property managed by Aspect Properties. The resident manager was so welcoming, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Although, they did not have a vacancy at the time, she was nice enough to offer to call me as soon as something came up. I really didn't think she would call. Surprising enough, about 3 weeks later she called and said their was a unit coming up in one of her buildings and really suggested I come see it.I was so impressed that she remembered me and followed up on her promise. needless to say, I went to see the unit and fell in love.

These guys are fabulous. My boyfriend and I started out a home search and investment property, and found these agents to be tremendous. They were always there for questions, at all hours, and very knowledgeable. In the end we ended up buying properties outside the city, but I have to say that these two were excellent, and I would suggest them to people looking for a home.
