Founded in 1974, Community Sciences Corporation is a provider of land use and municipal planning, civil engineering and land surveying services. Based in Corrales, N.M., the company offers American Land Title Association (ALTA) services, boundary surveying, construction staking, global positioning system (GPS) surveying, mapping and control surveys. It also specializes in civil engineering services, including urban infrastructure design, water resource engineering and transportation engineering as well as residential, commercial and industrial subdivision design. Community Sciences Corporation has completed numerous projects, such as Verde Valley Regional Land Use Plan, the Villas at Menaul and Organ Mesa Ranch.
