About us

My interest in medicine began as a child. My mother was an emergency room nurse, and I enjoyed visiting her in the hospital while she was working and listening to her stories. I enjoy educating my patients on the importance of preventing diseases by lifestyle changes. I enjoy celebrating with my patients when they achieve their lifestyle change goals. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son. I enjoy going to his sporting events and watching him grow mentally and physically. I enjoy hiking the beautiful trails that Raleigh has to offer and taking advantage of the awesome festivals and events in our community.
