Dough East Boston specializes in pizza, pasta, and paninis, all made with original flair. Original menu items include the Chicken Caesar Salad pizza, the Orchard pizza, and the Cheeseburger Reuben. For the full menu, check out their website.
Co-owners Kevin Curley and Michael Sanchez opened Dough East Boston in the fall of 2006. Michael studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at Champlain College in Vermont, and later attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Kevin worked as a scientist for several years, before fulfilling his long-term dream of becoming a restaurant owner.
