I called at about 8am and the were here by 9:05. Now that is service! They sent out Dan. He knew exactly what he was doing and he gave me 2 options and explained them both. He didn't try to make the quick buck. I liked that! I felt like I trusted him completely. That doesn't happen often. He fixed it in about an hour, probably less but I was asking other questions on the other door and he was very willing to answer and explain. He tested the doors, reset them to match when they opened and explained the features I already had with them. I will refer you guys!
