Erbaluce is the newest restaurant in hidden Bay Village, Boston near the Theater District. Chef/ Owner Charles Draghi has previously been applauded for his work at Marcuccio's , Limbo, '33', L’espalier, Ambrosia and Tangiers restaurants.
At Erbaluce, Chef Charles Draghi uses the freshest of ingredients to create a new menu daily using local suppliers whenever possible. Drawing from his Italian heritage, Draghi creates light flavorful dishes. Instead of butter or cream, the dishes at Erbaluce are created with herbs and flavor infused liquids.
