My nephew locked himself in the bathroom by accident and I could not get the door open. So I quickly called the first company I found on my phone. When I spoke to the dispatcher she told me to keep calm and that a technician was already on his way the minute I give them the address. The technician arrived within 10 minutes and he got my nephew out. Thanks for the speedy response!
