About us

Haitian-American Community Alliance, a nonprofit Organization, is managed not by owners but by a Board of Directors in compliance with the laws of the State of Ohio, the Federal Government, and its By laws.

This organization is considered to be the most common type of nonprofit. It includes organizations that are religious, educational, charitable, scientific, and literary; groups that test for public safety that foster national or international amateur sports competition; or organizations engaged in the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. This type of nonprofit applies for its status using IRS form 1023 and files annually Form 990, 990EZ, or 990-PF. Contributions are usually tax-exempt.

HACA is seeking donations to get a sustainable kitchen for neglected children, seniors, and the homeless. One HACA's priority is to meet all the sectors of our community to ensure that we have their cooperation in establishing Unity in every cell of our society: Families, Churches, Entertainment groups or clubs, Business partners. Yes it is imperative that we work together succeed together.
