I had an emergency repair that had to be made on my commercial engine and Holt Cat Austin Store had the core, gasket kit, and O-rings I needed in available and they were able to get them to me very quickly.

I recently had the track assembly serviced on my Caterpillar 963C track loader at the Holt Cat Austin shop. Cody and Chris were great at staying in contact during the service. Jeanie was very helpful and Mickey was great at getting the service scheduled. The field service team also does a good job.

My 2004 Cat 140 motor grader had a hydraulic leak recently, so I called Holt Cat's Field Service team in Austin. They gave me good service, communicated well, and they had the parts on time. I was happy with their service.

Great service on our CAT Loader at HOLT CAT Austin
We received excellent customer service from Holt Cat, especially our sales rep, David Goll, who is based out of the Holt Cat Austin Machine store. David is very helpful and he responds to our needs in a timely manner. We currently have a Cat 950G Wheel Loader and we are looking to buy a new Caterpillar excavator soon to add to our fleet. We've already contacted David Goll in Austin to help us with the purchase.
