"The parts staff of Holt Truck Centers San Antonio namely Mary, Tom and Dennyare very good. They have good descriptive skills and that is essential trait to be a good parts guy.
I had an account to access the SIS system and a representative had given me access to the online user manual for the system. He said it would open up a lot of lines of opportunity for my ordering needs, lessen my burdens by staff's ordering process over the phone."

I would recommend the Holt Cat Waco Truck Shop because of the great experience I had with the technician that replaced the VVA Actuator Solenoid on my Cat C15 truck engine. The technician kept me informed of the repairs every step of the way. He went above and beyond by working overtime to find the problem and get it fixed.

Better Service than their Competitors at the Holt Cat Waco Truck Shop.When you have 100 trucks in your fleet, you deal with a lot of people over the years. The Holt Cat Waco Truck Shop service provides far better service than their competitors. Kevin, the service manager, and Doug, the mechanic, do a fantastic job. Everyone at Holt Cat is happy to see you and happy to give you good service.

HOLT TRUCK Waco Provides Timely Service and Great Communication
I recently needed service to adjust the intake/exhaust valves, clean the radiator, and install a turbocharger on my C-15TRK Caterpillar truck engine and Kevin, the service technician from the Holt Cat Waco Engine shop was great. We have a very good working relationship. His level of communication and timely service are the reason I continue to do business with Holt Cat in Waco. That's why I have a few engines in the shop having preventive maintenance work done on them right now.
