Hot Tub Addict in Taylorville is terrible! I purchased a refurbished hot tub from him and the hot tub was broken the day he delivered it! He said he would be back to repair the tub over a year ago and has still not done so! I have called him hundreds of time to have him come out and he never shows every time! He has used every excuse possible and finally it's time to talk 5 my lawyer! DO NOT BUY HERE

Hot Tub Addict in Taylorville needs to finish my installation. Bought the tub in July and still have not finished the installation or delivered the cover as per our agreement. Getting pretty fed up. Have called and emailed several times and keep getting the same run around.
