I love this class. I was looking for something I could do at my own pace and stick with. This is the first program I found that I want to keep going back. Everyone was so helpful, and didn't make me feel out of place during my first class. I highly recommend them to everyone!

5 months ago my son asked me to step out of my comfort zone and try a kickboxing class with him. Everyone at Choe's HapKiDo were very welcoming and friendly and I became hooked. Since I started kickboxing, I've lost several pounds and feel healthier than I have in a long time. The Instructors are very motivating and always encouraging, they know how to make a hard workout, "fun!"
