I Love Kickboxing - Carle Place is the best! its such an amazing place to workout! You lose weight while having fun, the staff is so friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this class to anyone!

I would recommend this class to anyone that loves to have fun while working out! I was obviously really nervous at first but the amazing staff and friendly environment made my morning workout routine that much better! And the best part is you actually see results within the first couple of lessons.

The classes here a very challenging and intense, but in such a way that it's addicting! The instructors are great and motivating and make efforts to help you and push you during each class. It's a great environment and a great workout always.
