I love this facility, the classes, and the instructors. I can see a tremendous difference in my cardio endurance since starting these classes, and they're always different so the workout never gets boring.

My go to place to workout when I need motivation and encouragement. the instructors really do their best to push you and help you be better! Very nice staff and the place is nicely kept. Worth it!
