I no longer have any problems, they are all solved now.
What I most appreciate is that you didn't start telling me a bunch of things that you were unable to deliver. You did a wonderful job managing what my expectations were.You kept me in the loop on what was happening and although it took a few months to complete, you were able to get the job done.
