Wow, these guys really helped me immensely and solved my problems, more or less. I gotta admit, I was a bit skeptical, but they ended up doing more than I was expecting and kept constant communication with me througout. They'd keep me posted by emailing me and calling me to let me know what was happening. They really did a fantastic job and didn't make me feel neglected, ever.
I didn't get any money, but I sure do feel like I hit the lottery. I'm just not being held down by the IRS anymore. I'm trying to buy a home for my family and I'm so relieved like I no longer have a monkey on my back.
