You guys have given me what I can finally call a new lease on life. I finally have hope, when hope wasn't an option before you guys. I thought that I wasn't going to be able to have a normal future and that I was locked into a room with a key that was thrown away. I just figured the IRS was going to try to block any possible future I had. What really impressed me was even after I paid you what I owed you for the service, you still called me almost every week giving me updates on my case. You have to understand, how much that meant to me. You let me know up front that they could help me and they said if they couldn't, they wouldn't take my money.
