You've saved my life, figuratively speaking. This IRS issue was really starting to take a toll on me, so you've helped lift this weight off my shoulders. I'm now in a program that I don't have to pay the IRS anything based on my income. When I first contact the IRS they were acting as if I had all this extra money and could make this huge payment.

I was reluctant to pay you guys the amount of money that I did, which is why I'm actually writing this. I just didn't really have a lot of extra money to pay for this type of service, so I was going into this with really high expectations.When doing research I looked at tons of companies...
