John Barrett American Martial Arts has a new training facility in Lomita. JBAMA is a very progressive and natural system of martial arts which includes training in multiple styles of self-defense including Karate, Kickboxing, Jui-jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Pure Method Cardio Kickboxing. The system is based on fluid and natural movements using body, hands and feet. The aim is to develop talents which are easily applied in real life situations. The style is best described as a hybrid system of the most effective martial arts incorporated into one. JBAMA specializes in training for kids & adults from ages 3 and up.
