If you are a Service Technician you should steer clear of accepting employment with this company. During the five years of working for them it was always a hassle to get paid. There was always some excuse as to why pay wasn't per the schedule they set which causes many issues when you pay money to do work for them (gas, car maintenance, tolls, etc.). In March my husband ended his contract with them and they still owe over $20,000 for work completed in 2016/2017. They said they would keep paying him what was owed but the checks have now stopped and they are no longer responding to phone calls and emails. They clearly have no regard for their employees. Please feel free to contact me if you are considering employment with them.
As far as getting service, if you are a customer I would contact the company you purchased your fitness equipment from and tell them to end their contract with this company. If you have received sub par service it is likely due to the company and not the service technician.
