About us
Lauren Perlis, MD, is a family medicine physician with the AHN Primary Care Institute. She is experienced in managing chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia, with a focus on risk reduction and disease prevention. Dr. Perlis provides a broad range of family medicine services, offering acute care, wellness exams, school and sports physicals, and management of mental health issues like anxiety and depression, as well as musculoskeletal pain. Dr. Perlis earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York, where she also completed her residency. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and welcomes patients of all ages.
