Locksmith Windsor Woods in Virginia Beach is Scam Artists! These guys stuck it to me but good! Charged me three times what they quoted to unlock my car, but graciously let me pay with my credit card. The next week, charges started appearing on my card from places over in Europe where I have never been. Oh ya, did I mention that the guy who opened my car was driving an unmarked vehicle and had a European accent. Hmmmm.....I would stay clear of these thieves.
