But you always have the option to pass on any additional services. I have in the past and I have never been pushed to say yes to any of their suggestions. This place rocks!!!

I don't love this location quite as much as I like the one near me but I did get the same level of service and polite professional treatment as I did at the other location. I think this is an older location and it is busier than the closer one but I still got in and out quickly. I don't always work in the same part of town and it is nice that the Mckinney Oil Xchange folks adhere to a high standard so that all the locations are good.

This is what an oil change SHOULD be like. In and out in less than 30 minutes, friendly service, not too expensive ($25 for the basic oil change), and best of all, you don't have to listen to an annoying sales pitch! the experience were quick and painless. Thanks!

Jeremy found a transmission fluid leak and referred me back to the dealer since it was covered under my new car warranty. Dealer argued validity of diagnosis, but found the leak and repaired it. When will they ever learn that Jeremy and Mckinney Oil Xchange is the best!

In preparation for an out of town trip on a Saturday, I realized the day before that I needed an oil change. I contacted the Mckinney Oil Xchange service location at 2pm on Friday and they were able to get my oil change done same day. Their service was prompt, ontime, and most of all quick as they took care of it so promptly. Thanks
