After having some problems with a car security alarm that would not shut off, Jordan, one of the staff members, offered to take a look at the problem even though Mckinney Oil Xchange is not in the business of auto repair solely because we're regular customers. Jordan quickly figured out what the problem was, gave instructions on how to fix the problem and refused to charge us anything.

Walked in for an oil change, there was no wait, I pulled my car into the garage. Mechanic said are you aware you have a bit of an oil leak? I said are you aware this is a 15 year old Volkswagen? Mechanic laughed and said Oh right. 15 minutes later, I had fresh synthetic oil and a happier car.
