NestApple founders are long-time real estate investors in New York City. After going through the lengthy and costly process several times, they grew increasingly uneasy about the outdated system.

Back in may I contacted a few cash back brokers to see who would suit my needs as i found and apartment and needed a broker to help me and place a bid for me. Nicole was the first to answer. The process is simple fast efficient and just makes sense. To be all brokers should charge 3 times less cause it makes no sense for somebody to get 50k to post 3 pictures on streeteasy. I recommend those guys, and hope they can survive with those skinny commissions they get
