My dodge durango got overheat in San Jose and I needed to tow my car to car repair shop. I did google search and found his home page since I was worried about the service fee. I'm a Japanese and not native speaker. So I didn't want to discuss about the fee via phone. When I called Russell, it's simple as same price as explanation at the his homepage. He arrived on time and was very friendly, professional service and no cheating for service fee. If I need to tow my car in the future, I will call him again.
