Needed copies searching the net I came across Pinnacle Lock and Safe-So called to verify if they would be able to help-The gentleman was RUDE-I called a second time just to verify he heard and would be able to help Didn't you call me early? Does it matter that I called earlier and just like the review below he wouldn’t give me his name said I am the only one here. Well low and behold when I got to the establishment he(whom ever he was) WASNT the only person in the shop but I could figure out who I was speaking to because he had a complete attitude as I was there-Not a good business person when it comes down to it-He needs better people skills-I wouldn't have given him my business if I hadn't called a million places-He was the only one able to help with what I needed. :(
