Radio Shack in Northeast Hazel Dell, Vancouver was, at one time one of the most helpful,as far as customer service I had ever got help from for vertualy anything;However when I spoke with Dan, over the phone I was never more rudely treated, by anyone than I was by him it really suprised me. They've always been so kind in the past. I would hope that if I continue to go back in that the attitued would change. What I've written should not put off anyone from utilizing there services,however I would hope that they would maintain the way they had always been; kind and respectfull. Respectfully; William Reed.
