I've had really bad experiences with some other roofing companies before - so I was delighted to find this company through Citysquares. I have had a good experience with them on three separate occasions. Most recently I needed a small section of roofing tiles replaced on my garage - an area about 3 foot by 3 foot. As per other times I've used them, this company was quick to respond to my call, came the very next day, did the job I needed, and cleaned up after themselves. What more could I ask for? Frankly, I haven't shopped around to compare their rates, and they seem a bit high (but I don't know this for a fact). Paying what may be a somewhat higher price than others charge has been worth it to me because of the peace of mind I've had working with this company. I really hope that if and when I need them in the future, I'll be equally pleased with their work.

Needed our Eavestrough's repaired. From the time I called to the time the work was complete it was less than 24 hours. Service was fast and professional. They give you before and after photos. If you need something done quickly, these are your guys.

I was very impressed with the service and work done by Roofing Specialists roofers. The message I left with the company about our leaky roof was returned promptly within the same morning. I was given a clear explanation of the company's billing practices, and the one roofer was at our home the next morning to do the work. He conducted a detailed examination of our roof to find the cause of the leak, explained to me what needed to be done to temporarily repair the leak and what permanent repair work was advisable or optional as a follow-up. The work was completed efficiently within an hour, and we received a written report with photos within 48 hours detailing the problems that had been identified, what had been done to fix them and the additional follow-up work that was recommended. A fixed quote with a detailed work explanation for the recommended follow-up work arrived the day after that, and he was back within a few days of our accepting it to complete the follow-up.
